To improve the speed of the process then you need to present your title and registration and valid ID. If any of these documents are missing or need to be replaced then you need to get on it right away. The title is the main thing you need to get a copy of because it will affect how much you get paid if you do not have it for your junk car sale. As long as you have not signed over the title to your vehicle and received payment for your junk car you can decide that you do not want to sell your vehicle. We would appreciate a courtesy call as soon as you realize that you do not want to go through the offer even if that is just a few hours before the scheduled pick up of your vehicle. We want the end result to reflect that we are flexible and do put pressure on you to sell your vehicle.

You will get a check from our tow truck driver on-the-spot when he picks up your vehicle. If you won't be there to pick up the car, we'll mail you a check instead. If you will not be present when your car will be picked up, please ensure that you will not hand over the title until you've been paid.
