The destination of the check is up to you. We can give it to the mechanic. We meet you there and give it to you. Or we can even email you the check. Most junkyards and online buyers are reputable however, there are few things to watch out for. Never accept less than the amount quoted when the tower shows up. There have been reports of towers pressuring sellers to take lower amounts once the tow truck arrives. Also never accept payment for more than the quoted amount with a request to five the tower back money to make up the difference. When you sell a junk car to us, we tow for free. This is a big weight off of your shoulders, because towing can cost up to a couple hundred dollars depending on the condition and the weight of your vehicle. If you sell to a local junkyard, they'll charge you for towing, so you have to consider this if you choose to compare prices.

We value your time, so we try to be as quick as possible with our pickup time. That being said, the condition and location of your car can affect the speed at which it is picked up. For example, if your car is not mobile we have to send a special kind of tow truck, which can take more time. The registration is not the most important form. As long as you've got the vehicle title, then we can buy your junk car. If you don't have the title, there's still no reason to hold back!
